We’re also excited to unveil our newest group tour add-on, the Mindfulness Experience, available on any of our guided group hikes! Groups can enjoy an outdoor hike tour accompanied by a mindfulness expert, leading the group in meditation, breathing, and wellness exercises. Groups also have the option to add-on a yoga lesson.
