    All tours include a professional guide, bike rental (for bike tours), helmet, and water. Some tours also include snacks and photo opportunities at iconic LA locations. Tour prices vary depending on the activity and duration.

  • Is the tour safe?

    Yes - safety is always our #1 priority. All of our tours are led by experienced, trained guides who are certified in first aid and CPR. We provide top-quality, professionally maintained bikes and helmets for every rider. We follow safe routes and provide safety briefings before each tour.

  • Do I need to be very fit?

    Average fitness is fine. We recommend e-bikes for comfort, especially on routes with hills. You must know how to ride a bike. Our hiking tours range from easy to moderate difficulty, and we adjust the pace to accommodate all fitness levels.

  • What should I bring?

    Wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Bring a light jacket depending on weather, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera for photos. For longer tours, bring money for lunch (approximately $18) and gratuity for your guide if you enjoyed the tour.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. In case of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

  • Can children join the tours?

    Yes! We welcome families with children. The minimum age varies by tour type - bike tours typically require children to be at least 13 years old, while hiking and walking tours can accommodate younger children. Please contact us for age-specific recommendations.
