Cancellation Policy
Just book it!
You can cancel or make changes no later than 24 hours in advance of your booking, for a full refund or to reschedule your hike!
Weather Policy
Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather. Which has only happened to us once in 4 years.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions.
- Ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability)
- Or receive credit for a future event
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Client shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bikes and Hikes LA from and against any and all liability, loss, expense (including, without limitation, all costs and attorneys' fees), or claims for injury arising out of or in any way connected with Client's Events, including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any person or persons.
Other Policies
Waiver Requirement
Participants must sign a waiver at the start of the tour.
Upon arrival participants must sign a waiver before riding. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them.
