Ditch the recumbent bikes and sweaty gym studios- we’re taking spin class to the streets! For your next group trip to LA, take your team building on the road and join our Extreme Outdoor Spin Class! We’ll stage real bikes at your hotel and take off from there on a heart pounding fitness ride combining speed, sweat, and sightseeing into one unforgettable workout. You’ll burn calories and experience the city in an up close and personal way!  Our Extreme Outdoor Spin classes run 45 minutes to an hour, and are fully customizable, depending on your group’s location, timeframe, and workout goals. LA is the fitness capital of the world and Angelinos pride themselves on keeping their bodies in great shape; join the movement and make our whole city into your own personal spin studio- with hills, terrain, and views exponentially more incredible than on a Peloton screen!

Give us a call so we can bring spin class to you. The routes are varied but typically involve an ascent in elevation of over 1,000 feet; for many, the highest point the class reaches is LA’s legendary Mulholland Drive. We can also take your bikes to the beach, and accelerate your heart rate as you coast past the ocean. While duration and fitness levels vary per class, spinners typically log about 10-12 miles per class. Average calorie burn is 1,200.
